Have you tried to use the online service? After 45 minutes, getting thrown out 3 times in the middle of a transaction, I gave up and went back to Expedia. They need to perfect their web presence before being taken seriously as an internet company. IMHO.

JadooGaar Earnings must be due this week - I'm expecting increased sales but eps may not improve... due increased expenditures (agents' workstations to run IRIS etc)... Why aren't they getting the attention? IMO they haven't announced themselves in a powerful way with demonstratable results to back that up.... their business model is very persuasive but we need to see net revenues starting to ramp up.... OR a big player starting to court them... When you look at the amount of discussion about this company and it's business model and compare that to the news releases and media coverage you can see that the story hasn't really reached the masses. And many people haven't gotten beyond the idea of the Internet generating massive economies of scale to look at how the Internet can improve the bottom line in other ways (in this case huge communication efficiencies compared to telephone based sales). JMHO Mark
