You seem to have cut and pasted a response that has no relevance to my post. I am only referencing the terms that SIL/BIL have already arrived at with MVEE. It is located at the SEDAR site. (See their Sept 24 Audited financial listed there - sedar.com I projected no figures into the future. After all this comes from their audited financials. If you have a problem with that, let me suggest that you call the company or perhaps Berg and Company in San Francisco to clarify your concerns.

You are wasting your time with this person whose only goal is to MISREPRESENT. Any one armed blind person can read that since one of the Gs is gone, that those numbers are NO LONGER APPROPRIATE. Also, that the stock ownership is NOT AUTOMATIC, but MUST BE EARNED by bringing money into the company, and therefore increasing the value of the stock for all shareholders. She would have you believe that someone who has attained the age of 70 is incapable of making money. How many folks on this thread agree with that? Jeff, if you read the posts on PABN for the past year you will find that this poster has misrepresented details on a regular basis. She always seems to use the same argument that she is only posting information that is available elsewhere. The problem is that she does not just post information, she misrepresents it and interjects her own interpretation and calls it fact. Then, later, she will refer to her own post to support her new position and calls that fact too. With this one, it is a never ending cycle of fraudulent misrepresentation in a truly vain attempt to be right, which of course she is not.
