SAN DIEGO, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM)
today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a two-for-one stock split of the Company's Common Stock in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend. The stock dividend will be distributed on May 10, 1999 to stockholders of record on April 21, 1999.

That's all I have to say except that I'm a little glum today having lost 50% of my QCOM investment; why are we down 100? Critics must have been right: CDMA violates laws of physics. :-( SM

just buy some thestreet.com and you will be even in an hour or two.

If loud mouth cramer is worth money, how much is our own Maurice Winn worth. $16M loss on $4M revenue, thestreet is now capped at over $1B. How do we value Maurice Wind using the same formula? I think I will take him public and even throw in Anita, no extra charge.
