SAN DIEGO, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a two-for-one stock split of the Company's Common Stock in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend. The stock dividend will be distributed on May 10, 1999 to stockholders of record on April 21, 1999.

That's all I have to say except that I'm a little glum today having lost 50% of my QCOM investment; why are we down 100? Critics must have been right: CDMA violates laws of physics. :-( SM OTOT Mike, just buy some thestreet.com and you will be even in an hour or two. If loud mouth cramer is worth money, how much is our own Maurice Winn worth. $16M loss on $4M revenue, thestreet is now capped at over $1B. How do we value Maurice Wind using the same formula? I think I will take him public and even throw in Anita, no extra charge. Ramsey
