Alan, Just extrapolating from Moore's Law (it may even be an improper use of Moore's Law). I haven't seen it specifically on any roadmaps, but Tenchusatsu may be a better person to ask. Like death and taxes, my bet would be that it's inevitable. BTW, did you get a complete answer to your original question about the advantages of DRDRAM over DDR DRAM, et. al. from the recent technical discussions? I'm guessing that the answer is yes since you mentioned that you were back in <g>. Dave
