Janice, if you guys would have just kept this April Fools Joke confined to Silicon Investor where most everyone understands your style, you wouldn't be embroiled in this mess. Sure, I think that stuff always works both ways, and that there are always, always two sides to every story. Everyone is just spinning their wheels in trying to guess how the judge/jury will see all the possibilities in law and interpretation. Your legal councel is getting paid to worry those worries, so if I were you guys I would just kick back and let your attorney earn his keep.

I personally can see where the judge/jury might have a hard time being ultra punitive, but I also think that you should think twice before you use a wire service for any future April Fools Hoaxes.
