I agree with you DoubleD... Alas! We must face it: this is pure wishful thinking! I mean you know that you can't FORCE people to live together, cheek by cheek... I live in Belgium, a country in terminal stage where Flemings and Walloons can no longer vote for the same political parties --except in Brussels; so, I know first-hand how a ''devolution'' looks like! Anyway, even in the U.S., minorities don't live in multicultural metropolis: there are Black, Chinese, Ukrainian, and Latino ghettoes...
