I spoke with Sean at Golin/Harris for about 30 minutes earlier. He does return phone calls. I got this one back in about 15 minutes.

He said the party that had been mentioned for the opening of the Silicon Valley office would not take place. He cited the expense factor, which would be quite high and the fact that TSIG is just starting in the E-commerce business. Any large contract completed would be afforded as much exposure as possible throughout the industry and investors. There are a lot of companies the reporting industry has to cover and trying to concentrate them for this event would be an astronomical feat. He also implied there could be a party when there was some history under the Online Division's belt and it's abilities were better known. This does not stop or stall the efforts to expose TSIG as the foundation is being laid and developed by Hwang and the others.

There are other angles to have the E-commerce reporting system cover Hwang and his efforts as things unfold with his contracting and execution efforts. Right now the media has not heard of TSIG as it has just changed it's business direction to meet the internet needs. As Hwang directs the division forward with strong contracts the attention will slowly turn toward TSIG.com and coverage will pick up.
Golin/ Harris feels TSIG has a compelling story as they continue to unfold their business model in the E-business and solutions arena. The ability to be the complete product and also take care of the customer's needs through service within the E-commerce world will be the striving point that will be brought home as G/H begins their push toward having TSIG.com become a recognized name.

They have already spoken to some editors and analysts about TSIG.com and have plans to continue reaching out to more of the industry and keep the focus on the continuing rise in name recognition as TSIG's reputation concerning their MyCard products and E-commerce influence increases.

The investor packets are slated for completion and mailing early June. They are in the process of putting it all together for printing.

Inclusion of TSIG.com in magazines needs a longer lead time than I thought (3-4 months). There are periodicals with lead times of 1-2 months and weeklies and bi-weeklies that need only 1-4 weeks. All aspects are being considered and choices being made.

Golin/Harris seems to have the situation in hand and are going to do what it takes to help TSIG.com become the market recognized company we all want. They do have discussion meetings concerning the appropriate actions to take and when. They have a definite desire to see TSIG.com become successful.

Also for those that thought there was a scale of client involvement by G/H based on contracting of services, Golin/Harris is under the full service contract to TSIG.com. They will be discussing and performing every function they have for TSIG.

Taken from the best of my memory,

Bob
