LG, great idea! btw, the 1929 and 1987 charts of the dow also looked almost exactly alike - it is astonishing that markets can repeat patterns so far apart in time for no obvious reason. a look at a log-scale long term chart also reveals a remarkable similarity between the 1942 - 69 bull market and the current one. i guess Benoit Mandelbrot is on to something.

regards,

hb

**OT** OK , I am getting fed up with the Chinese belly aching about the bombing of their Embassy. Like those a$$holes have never done anything like that...don't bring up Tibet, right?

Clinton is apologizing left and right...heck, the Democrats are loosing major campaign money...<g>

I guess we need to send Monica as the new Ambassador over there....I hear the Chinese like a good cigar...<g>

Regards,
LG
