Interesting post on Yahoo by person that goes by MarinMountainBiking
who writes that SFE might own more than it appears as one of
Safeguard money management funds owns ICG shares also. He/she has
a chart of other owners including Compaq.

Excerpt from press release noted by John. Also, note sfe ownership percentage will go down after IPO because of more shares outstanding. Has anyone checked to see if they are selling any of their current shares in the ipo?

"Wayne, Pa.-based Safeguard, one of a handful of publicly traded venture capital firms, currently owns around 20 percent of Internet Capital Group shares. The company provides financial and management assistance to high-technology firms."
