Whatzup with CNTO. Tanked big time in the past few minutes on very high vol. Talks fell apart?

EDIT:
15:28 [CNTO,JNJ] REPEAT: CNBC'S FABER SAYS JOHNSON & JOHNSON, CENTOCOR NO LONGER IN TALKS.
15:27 [CNTO] CENTOCOR SHARES DROP 5 3/4 TO 40 3/4 IN AFTERNOON TRADING.
[RMBS up 11, CNTO drops 6, HM drops, though a little, Worst day!]

Mike, nice action in CNTO today. Apparently the company gave a presentation to the anals circa 2 PM. Huge buying lifted the stock from sub 43 level to 46 by 2:30. Buying picked-up as and when the price drifted lower to 45 level. Buy out or not, this should bode well for the stock in the near term and long term as well. BTW, the stock is up 2 11/16 for the day (closed a tick above 45)
