It was either a faulty data base/map - or deliberate - because the embassy was hit by 3 missiles. Someone posted here that the Embassy was hit because the Chinese were broadcasting Serb TV - it's possible that some NATO operative decided to take it out. If this is true it will never see the light of day - but we have already heard that the General in charge of Nato told a visiting congressional delegation that he would recommend the bombing of the oil supply line in Hungary and would attack a Russian ship if it entered the war zone - so with people like that in authority who know what can happen?

Perhaps the CIA doesn't look after American self-interests, and never has... ever heard of Operation PaperClip?
