You said it right there. Steve Bradford and HITTs has committed no crime. If I were HITTs lawyers I would be preparing briefs right now. But I'm only licensed in California at the college level to teach law not practice it.

Bloomberg just updated its story with a "no comment" from Jeanette Wilcher at the Life Foundation Trust".

Does anyone know under what circumstances Nasdaq would actually delist an OTC Bulletin Board stock or even halt trading?
