Well, if they are going to split they will split and it is good news.

The point I am bringing up.
CSCO has never announced a split with their stock at this high a level.
Which begs the question...Why did they let it get this high?
Does this change mean nothing or does it mean CSCO is building a bias to call for a 2:1 split.

Things are not what they were in the past. A marked shift is now in effect.
