Dan I gave you credit for having a little intelligence. Seems I was wrong. Who do you think the saints were that sat back. Peter was one of the crowd and far from a saint. I wonder how far you would defend your faith with a knife at your throat? You not only do not understand Paul or his Christ but know nothing of the history of the Roman empire and historic religion. You cannot deny God to God and I could care less about the man Jesus and your faith in him. Any other idiot could see the Romans and the bible promoted slavery. The apostle Paul did not write that crap about women submit to your husbands but it was roman editing of his works long after his death when the Council decided what roman literature was to make up the bible. If this is the God you worship as your savior go to it. When you have learned your lessson in life the Christ of God will enlighten you as he promised.
