Nah...this sudden volatility ain't instigated by legal activity, imho. But I do find it curious that here 'ol VLNC had been settled down into a nice, quiet, little 4 month rut that couldn't be disturbed no matter how much anyone tried, and suddenly we get an article in today's Financial Times and WHAM, thing's kind'a start to burble. If'n I was paranoid I'd say the gamesters out there in the marketplace have decided it's time to add a little volatility to VLNC, what with VLNC appearing to be closing in on the finish line. That's if'n I was paranoid that is, heh! Now let's see how it goes with those p.o.'s.... John~
