Dave - couldn't agree more with the info on graphs - this company had potential when it was bought by me under the old establishment; then the new guys came in and other than optimistic words and a series of nothing concrete - I am surprised the price has been sustained as high as it is.

It would take more than a press release to get good money in this company and alot more work than lip service. I am out.

I have been in ITNF and EDIG that have done rather well and I have been holding them as long as I held ITOY. They are moving because they have something substantial and a product along with a sales force to move their products. ITOY has ideas - lots of people have ideas, it is not the mms playing so much with this one, no one wants this issue. Klein et al may be fine people with great personalities and great ptential - just that nothing has come of their ideas and there has been no word on their direction.

What really turned me off was the Big Brother game and the demo - not impressive and if this is the Big Deal - forget it, too much R&D needed to get this company off the ground if not the floor. I was in SYCD too Dave, and after non performance on a great product line I got out. Management has got to lead the market not wait for the market to fall in. I didn't care for SYCD management style - if they want privacy in their dealings - they shouldn't expect to be valued on the public market. Same for DMEC. These have just been my observations on these three. So much lost potential - now turnstyles for pump and dumpers and I am not interested in that.

As for ITOY being news driven - going to take alot more than news to get it unstuck from the bottom AND to retain the gains. It is one thing to get a pump on a news release - quite another to get a gain on substance. Good luck Dave Gore, Jacalyn
