Ok, the news is out and it is like we thought. "Hits Galore denies everything." The only thing the company denied was the negative spin on this matter put forth by you and your "crew"! LMAO! HITT will be fine! Hope you folks covered!

Well we could start here: Steve Bradford, CEO said, "Based on an initial investigation conducted by management, I do not believe that the company has made any fraudulent filing with the SEC or has violated the representations and warranties in the merger agreement in any way, as implied in the article.... Note how the statement is worded "as implied in the article." Well we could start here: #reply-9460991 They will have to explain the excuse (no audited financials) for late filing in the NT-10K in light of the fact that the merger agreement contained in the 8K specifies that they warranted that audited financials had been prepared and were a pre-condition to closing. They probably will also have to explain the lack of an 8K filing for both the Solvere acquisition and the first "investment" by the Trust. IMO, both are material events. ww
