With this stk, like so many others, it should do just fine over the long haul if crude continues to trend up. I think it will...with a lot of bumps and twists and turns in the process...

Having the preferred is probably better, at this point in the cycle...than having more standard debt...

There is a reason why it's trading @ 1.35...and not $10....

Just my thoughts
