ALL..anyone have any new info on seeq's acquisition..?

You know, the only mention of it at the stockholders meeting was the fact that Seeq was being bought. No details, and no questions about it. I may not have mentioned before that Wilf kept the meeting open for questions for a long time, longer than either AMAT or Intel meetings I've been to recently. Part of the reason, of course, was that there were a lot of good questions. Seems like Wilf ought to be good with the analysts, JMO.

SEEQ Shareholders to Consider Acquisition of SEEQ Technology by LSI Logic

MILPITAS, Calif., June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- LSI Logic Corporation (NYSE:
LSI) and SEEQ Technology, Incorporated (Nasdaq: SEEQ) today announced
that a special meeting of SEEQ stockholders will be held to approve the
