What is the evidence that Lehman is working toward a Nas listing? Has anyone talked to anybody at Lehman? Seems too good to be true . . .

They are obviously possessed with the ability to purchase Internet access technology and related services from Lucent Technologies for 28 million dollars. I understand that this will be operational by the end of May. They appear to be able to operate efficiently with minimum operational costs and personnel and are continuing to sign up a lot of customers.

As to their actual assets or possible Nasdaq listing check with Lehman's.
