Thanks Pat - that makes sense to me. So we need to see NN stop managing their business on a Q to Q basis. Part of that change I believe is already underway in the conservative stance Alan took with regard to the backlog going into next quarter. Some of the best rewarded companies (higher PE) are those companies that manage expectations and deliver good earnings growth. MSFT and CSCO to name two. NN must get better at both. Rob
