FirstEntertainment.Com Signs with Uproar Entertainment
for First E-Commerce Comedy Merchandise

DENVER, May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- FirstEntertainment.Com (OTC Bulletin Board: FTET - news),
a fully reporting company, announced today an agreement with Uproar Entertainment for the
exclusive creation and hosting of an e-commerce site UproarEntertainment.com. This site will be the
first of the ComedyWorks.com online network to generate revenue from Uproar's extensive comedy
entertainment library of CDs and videos.

In a previous announcement First Entertainment described a joint venture creating a significant
internet based web site for comedy content utilizing its eighteen year history in the comedy business
through its subsidiary Comedy Works.

Revenue will be generated through various internet-related activities which will include producing
regularly sponsored live, exclusive programming on the internet as well as pay per view live video
streaming. Advertising sales will also be used to generate revenue. Programming will originate from
its own club as well as other premiere clubs in their respective markets that will become part of the
network that the joint venture intends to create. In addition, the site would offer comedy CDs, direct
downloads, associated merchandise, and admission tickets to live performances at member clubs.

The joint venture with EMNet Corp. will utilize Buy Broadway's relationship with AOL, replicating
the rapid growth of Buy Broadway's success in the theatre market into a national internet network
for the comedy market.

David Drozen, CEO of Uproar Entertainment said, ''We are very excited about the relationship with
First Entertainment and the launching of its internet comedy presence. Comedy continues to lead all
forms of entertainment in each time slot of broadcasting and we believe will demonstrate similar
popularity on the internet as it becomes the entertainment medium of choice.''

David Drozen, one of the founders of Laff Records, has been at the forefront of comedy for over
thirty years. He discovered Richard Pryor, signed him to his first recording agreement, and produced
twelve Pryor albums. He has produced over 150 comedy albums, six of which have been nominated
for Grammys. In addition to Pryor, he has produced such legends as Redd Foxx, Slappy White, and
La Wanda Page.

Uproar's impressive catalog boasts titles by artists including Richard Jeni, Jonathan Winters, Rich
Little, George Burns, John Pinnette, Richard Belzer, Kathleen Madigan, and George Carlin, just to
name a few. Six of Uproar's artists have been awarded the honor ''Standup Comic of the Year'' at
the American Comedy Awards; and two Uproar Recordings have been awarded ''The Best
Comedy Album'' at the Glama Awards.

FirstEntetainment.Com is creating communities of network niche portals, each tailored to a particular
niche group. The destination entertainment portal will host free e-mails, news, music, comedy and life
style information surrounding a variety of activities from a specific host with hot links to related
activities. An infrastructure of chat rooms as well as a virtual shopping mall will be included where a
variety of merchandise related to each site will be featured ranging from comedy CDs to T-shirts,
mugs, collectibles, as well as Broadway theater tickets and merchandise.

First Entertainment is a multi-media Internet Entertainment Company and has divisions or
subsidiaries in the areas of radio broadcasting, comedy clubs, and Internet gaming, as well as other
Internet related activities.
