PTEK !!! Faber just metioned how MSFT is having a tough time getting a piece of WebMD. A source close to the trasaction say WebMD is making MSFT pony up a shit load more dough!! OHH YEAHHH. Based on the price MSFT is willing to pay for a 27% stake of WebMD, it is said to be valued at $2.5 BI BILLION (this figure was posted right on the screen). David Faber also mentioned how PTEK has a stake is this beauty Cheetah has a near term target on PTEK of 23 I believe PTEK will trade much higher than that.
