The COMS/Weiss lawsuit may amount to nothing at all, for our purpose. Yet, it may have effect. We are dealing here with far more than our own personal opinions regarding this matter; we have to consider mass psychology, and most reactions are built on earlier reactions- which is the market, so in a very real sense it matters not that one may be unconcerned if many others are.

I think this bears discussion here.
