I have the same resource problem with Win98. PII450 with 128Mgs and every once in a while if will give me a "low on resources" message and the only cure is to shut down and reboot.

NT since 3.51, Mike.
Should run on anything win98 does -- I started with 32MB ram and a 90Mhz p5.
It's worth a look at recent prices under $90.

This just popped up on a mail list.
I haven't fired up my win95 machine to check it out, but believe MS has endorsed this for win95 in the past.
I'd give it a shot. -Bob
