It would be helpful to know the number of subscribers that they currently have signed up. Thanks.

Jacalyn, could you ask if there is anyone at Lehman that we could talk to about the listing? I'd feel a lot better if we could get some 3rd party confirmation that a listing is indeed in the offing.
Thanks,
Laurie

Jacalyn, First of all thanks for your DD on XSNI. I was able to do a little last week when I first was alerted to the stock. In your phone call with Robert Manning could you ask some of the following questions.
1. What exactly is the share structure? The shares outstanding, held by insiders, (restricted or not),and the float. Any other preferred, convertible or warrants outstanding.
2. How does XSNI derive it's revenue. How much of it is from advertising and how much is from their revenue sharing with BT and the network which carries calls to XSNI. Are there other revenue streams?
3. What are their expansion plans. I read that they are going into S. Africa, but where else?
4. What exactly is the story with this mistaken listing on the OTCBB rather than NASDAQ? Never quite understood how that happened.
5. How does Lehmann Bros fit in the picture?
Thanks in advance for all your hard work. I am continuing to look at the free ISP mkt in the UK and Europe and will report.

Thanks, Frank C.
