This FTC document does indicate that a motion for default judgment was filed against Dorian and Audrey Reed in March so obviously he was not actively defending himself. It's interesting that a motion to dismiss without prejudice was filed involving Thomas Maher. The Bloomberg article indicated that all three defendants were ordered to repay money to defrauded customers.

Didn't get any work done today. Like many of you, I spent the entire day reading this thread and watching HITT quote tick for tick. Only time will tell where it goes from here. Did learn one thing today - believe nothing you read and only half of what you see. Also not giving up my day job!!
