Anyone have thoughts on a TV Tuner for the PC? I need to add one to my partner's machine. He currently has a Matrox G200 card. Am I better off to add the Matrox Rainbow Runner to that card, or buy a new ATI All in Wonder with built in tuner, or buy one of the separate Hauppage Tuner cards? I'm sure I can find a home for his G200 if buying the ATI is a better choice. :-)

I have looked a bit at the specs, but being unfamiliar with all the terminology and ins/outs on tuners, it's all a blur. The machine is on NT 4.0, I'm not sure if that is supported on these tuners.

Any have a tuner under NT? Any comments?

Gee, the thread is real quite these days.....is everyone out mowing their grass, like I should be? If so, please come do mine. :-)

Thanks
Dan

Dan,

I know 3 home offices running on the 3com router without problem for almost 2 years now. The netgear RT328 I don't recommend anymore. It might work in your environment but it hangs frequently in my customers environment. know many many folks with Cisco 76X's....
