WTS - Every company establishes a Revenue Recognition Policy, which is always included in the first note to the Consolidated Statements. Large scale systems, such as Newbridges, which are being shipped directly to customers are recorded as a Revenues upon shipment.

It is a very effective method for revenue recognition. The auditors at year end always review the first two or three weeks of customer returns to ensure that items were not shipped for revenue/profit/compensation purposes.
