Just spoke to Mark Behringer (father of Mike, of Market Pulse Journal), who said the major shareholder, Matt Zuckermann, told them deal with Disney is very close or done.

Use your best judgement, I heave dealt with Mark before and trust him, but I have zero experience with Zuckermann and not even sure of the spelling of his name.

Definite buying though---20K, 10K, and another 10K buy
