MAN what planet are you on? They are moving in to the NEW facilities. They were able to buy it because it WAS bankrupt. They can start productions right away. They just can't broadcast in the area for 6 months. Hello?? Anyone home???

To me, that sounds like an infusion of cash waiting to happen. Walk in the door and start producing! Customers pay well for high quality products.
