VLAD,<< I am now told that the "official" AstraZeneca launch of MUSE in Germany will be on May 17th.>> Sheesh, does anything ever come early or easy for Vivus?! I guess in the grand scheme of things it really doesn't matter, but I am wondering if this is going to be the benchmark for AZ on how well a launch of MUSE can go. BTW, VLAD, could you tell me why you expect the PE patent to come through any day now? The femme cream patent took 1 1/2 years to get approved, do you know when the PE patent was submitted? I'm still trying understand where they are in the Phase of PE testing, it seems this drug is not being accepted by the street as near term (3-4 years) income producer, and if it is going to Phase II trials this year, it seems like 3-4 years is within reach. Is the data on the Phase I trials secret?
