It seems like it.. Got another short term buy at the end of the day. and will look to enter long in the morning... Most of short term
signals have been to the long side in the last week.. Suggests that
the bulls are in charge as you say..

I'm looking to go long on the S&P if it takes out 1366 today. I got a signal off the TRIN Thrust (TRADEHARD.com).

If filled I am looking for it to test the 1374 level. It may be tough today because we have momentum down and a upward bias on the TRIN Thrust indicator.
