<<money that came out of paper stocks today has to go somewhere.>>

Today, IMO that money went into the internut sector (AOL, YHOO, and some younger high potential firms). If DELL would spin off an internet property, watch out..<gg>....Actually, I expect MSD to talk much more about FAST, Gigabuys, and selling DELL's core products online. DELL is an intenet powerhouse-- the investing world just hasn't figured that out yet. Lets hope they wake up soon. Blowout earnings and some great announcements in the next 10 days should help us power back up into the 50s. If we aren't able to reach new highs in the next 4-6 weeks, I would be frustrated. Things are going too well for DELL. Soon enough the market must grant this company a much higher valuation.

Best Regards,

Scott

Forever Dell, re:<< After a bit of stuttering to come up with the diplomatic answer, he said, we will have to see if people are "overjoyed." I think we all will be although I must admit I am little concerned about the market's reaction.>> Where did you hear this? I sure don't like the comment, and lets not forget that Dell and his management team have been very upbeat at the recent analyst's meetings. Sure hope there aren't any negative surprises come next Tue.
