John, the first part of the quote answers itself, "All were acquitted."

I believe I addressed the second part in my first post. The Directors of the VSE are the brokerage firm heads. If you don't play the game the way they want you to play it. Then you don't play.

Seems as if they did him a favor six years ago with that action. Have you noticed how well the VSE is doing these days?
