It seems that I have been reported to the SI staff by a member here for posting the Frontiers of Freedom link. This link is related to the "open access" issue and is not spam. It relates directly to ATHM, the broadband. It is not meant to annoy but to offer information for stock holders or any others who wish to avail themselves of this information. I have consulted an attorney and I am assured that these posts do not qualify as "spam", nor do they violate SI's Terms of Agreement. For members of this board who don't wish to avail themselves of this resource, I simply suggest that you not use the link. For those of you who do wish to know what is available on the internet relating to "open access" I suggest that you visit this site: ffreports.org The removal of the posts from SI have violated my 1st amendment rights and I am prepared to litigate if necessary. It amazes me that information is being censored here on SI. I never expected it here.
