Value Line Publications, Inc. Adds HomeCom as a 'New Recommendation' ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 1999--HomeCom Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCOM - news), a provider of Internet software solutions for the financial industry, announced it was notified by Value Line Publications, Inc.'s, ''The Value Line Special Situations Service'', that it has been added as a ''New Recommendation.'' The report was issued to subscribers of the service on May 10, 1999. Harvey Sax, President and CEO of HomeCom, said, ''None of us had any hint that HomeCom was being reviewed by Value Line.
