Dear Christos Examine Mark Pavan's Bio carefully and note that the university that he graduated from, the University of Manitoba, has been consistently ranked last by Maclean's magazine annual college and university poll in Canada. There is absolutely nothing in Pavan's background to suggest that he has the competence to assess Amazon, EBay and contrast their performance with BIDS. Three years ago he was a high school teacher.
