A good question for the meeting is, Why increase the number of shares and then call for a 10 to 1 reverse split. That is like painting your house and then have somebody else come in and sandblast it. Am I missing something here??

Doug, I got my package from Gatefield also today. I am thinking of what to do. I do not see what the reverse split do for us? Earn us some respectability for a few weeks that we are no longer a penny stock! Gatefields future depends on the acceptance of their products and for this we must rely on Actel. The key month is June according to the schedules that I have gathered from here. If the company starts generating revenues, then the stock will start going back up and we will get back to NASDAQ in due time. I am inclined to vote NO on the reverse split. Seppo
