Who do you talk to - Moe, Larry, Or Curly?

I hear Jerry Lewis was just promoted to head of compliance... or maybe reorg...

National Discount Brokers... is NDB. Waterhouse is Waterhose,
Whenever it is to my benefit to fill quickly I wait forever.

Whenever it is to their benefit I execute immediately.

Strange, it's almost like a momentum meter that they monitor the flow and direction and take their sweet time for that extra little bit that tells you they love you as a customer. As a part time programmer, I wonder how they have written their rules for certain activities. It wouldn't be hard to incorporate a quick technical scan for parameters that could be short term traded by the broker handling the money flow!
This could also include monitoring certain people, and watching volume.

This layer of fuzzy logic would also be conducive to controlling access to their system under volume or other factors. It does make one wonder!
