Problem as I see it is that paying in stock makes the value of what you get worth less and less. If I pay for 10 shares to day, I may have to pay you 20 next month and so on. My point is (without fully comprehending the terms of the notes) is that the deal becomes less and less attractive if new shares are issued to pay debt. Think of Germany and WWII and hyper inflation. Of course if the stock price continues to rise (which it hasn't) the deal becomes better and better. I just don't know what the noteholders know and I don't. On another matter, do you have any thoughts as to the reason for the weakness we've seen in the share price?
