They don't answer their phones!!

They don't offer the same amount of services as etrade, if you can believe that! The key missing service is no electronic transfer from your bank to them.

Check out witcapital.com .. Most people just use their account to get IPOs.. as you can see with the very amatuerish web design, it's not an E*Trade. :)
