I am fed up with all those stock swindlers, who put out unsubstantiated and unproven claims in all capital letters.

Also, my mailbox is full of special supa-dupa, heavy sponsored touts.

FIDELITY IS ACCUMULATING LPGL ,HERE IS THE PROOF:

as of 31/12/98,Fidelity was not among main shareholders

This was as of February 27,1999
To summarize:
as of 12/31/98,Fidelity was not among shareholders
as of 02/27/99,FMR(Fidelity)owned ~5%
as of 04/16/99,FMR(Fidelity)owned ~4.73% and Fidelity Low-Priced Stock Fund ~4.98% for a total of ~9.7% .
If this is not accumulation,what is it?
Can anybody provide additional information?
