But how does the Fed's model work? I read about it from time to time but don't recall how it is calculated.

40% overvalued? Pshaw. That's chickenfeed.

Today I heard that the Princeton Economics model is currently predicting that the S&P 500 is likely to blow off into a real bubble, hitting 2,000 by August... 7th, I think it is. Then will come The Deluge.

Something for bears to dream about, anyway.
