Zeev they have enough cash to keep going at the current pace for at least 6 months, possibly a year. They had $51.5 million in cash and short term investments as of 3/31/99, down from $62.6 million at year end. Exercising the AENTV and TVoW options will cost then another $8-10 million or so. (They got a very good deal on these!)

TVoW has been traditionally been profitable, so I don't think they are bleeding too much cash, though their venture in Malta no doubt is, and they did just add a highly paid person to the payroll. I don't know about the other divisions.

I am confident that the conservative money managers in charge have plans for where the next money is coming from, though.
