Well, the train is in the station and the engineer and crew are making ready for a long and enjoyable ride. Been a few hitches getting everything in order but the locomotive has to be in top shape if we are going to make it to our destination. A lot of passengers are getting restless and step off and on to the platform and pace about or take a walk down to see what the crew are doing to get this train out of the station. We were scheduled to leave much sooner, but there are some problems and the restless passenger are offering suggestions to the engineer and crew on how to get this thing moving, but the engineer and crew know this train better then the passengers. There are other trains coming and going out of the station and there is the temptation to jump one of them but if we trade in our tickets we will loose on the exchange. Most of us believe the we should stick with this train which is expected to give us the ride as advertised. It's been heard that some of the other trains that left the station with our former passengers broke down en route and they are stuck at another station down the line. One was heard to have gotten half way up an incline and coasted back down past it's starting point and is in for repairs. This happened to our train but engineer is telling us that he's going to fix it right so it won't happen again. Lots of talk amongst the travelers saying maybe they should taken a bus or bought a car.
But we will stick with it and get to that promised destination, eventually.
