Lender won't postpone foreclosure. I don't blame them. The owners are not coming to the table. Bad divorce. Wife probably wants to burn the ex. It will be a pyrrhic victory. If the trustee sells the house for 1/3 market value, that's acceptable to Virginia courts. Then the owners owe the deficiency, which includes the costs of sale.

I've been through the house at least six times over the past year, once with an architect. I know what's wrong with it.
