Hooray, the Ontario Securities Commission has moved against Felderhof with eight counts of securities violations. I doubt the man will have the honour to appear in court on June 15, afterall he is such a snivelling little creep. Let's hope this thing ends up in criminal court where it actually belongs. P.S. Nice to see the OSC is finally getting its act together after many difficult years. In recent months they have shown more life than in the whole of the 90s combined.
