Phil, in my opinion a consolidation by MGR is its best hope for continuation
while it waits for Bumbat and the price of gold to improve.

With <<MGR goes glub, glub, glub!>> and I take MGR private, then those persons
involved in the <<MAC-TD court decision?>> will be greeted with some new personnel in the quest for a settlement.

Diplomacy is for those who do not understand
what is important to keep, and what is ok to loose,

<<Could it be MAC, TD and the court are waiting to hear glub,
glub, glub before announcing it?>>

The Bumbat situation is keep hostage by the people of MAC, and no ransom
was ever wanted, just a hope that MGR goes <<...glub, glub, glub...>>.

If the 20:1 consolidation by MGR fails, then Dave Webb & Company will be a
boat in the middle of the ocean with its engine in Mongolia on blocks,
and soon it will sink and leave Bumbat to be reclaimed by Mongolia, and
ofcourse the government officials will get it to MAC free and clear with
money made from profits going to pay back the Bank loan.

If the 20:1 consolidation by MGR passes, and new money enters, then with
the visions of Dave Webb coming to be, MGR will continue and grow and the
Bumbat Mine always existing as a poor example of Mongolia's ways.
