Francois, best bet is to check out the first posts back a month ago or so - lots of details and coversations with management.

My recollection is float is only a few million, but most are not trading - just look at how much EBID moves on low volume. Once EBID is found my the "mainstream" it could really take off IMO.

Shares Issued and Outstanding is approximately 4 million, float approximately 2 million. Actual float is, of course much less. The "actual" float is the undocumented float based on who currently holds free trading stock and is selling. Usually, there are about 1/2 million or so shares held by people close to a company this size who are not selling anytime soon. This means the real float is probably less than 1/5 million. If we keep cutting through 200,000 shares a day it won't be long till way take off to the next $3+ level!
